All archive boxes are logged and stored by the customer’s own reference which is usually given for a specific reason relevant to the department creating the information.
When a box needs to be recalled, upon receipt of an email we confirm that the request is being processed and the box or boxes will be delivered to you the next day.
When the boxes are ready to be returned to store, upon receipt of a request by email, we will arrange collection.
